In winter
A common ski pass allows the access to the four Anniviers ski areas: Grimentz, St-Luc/Chandolin, Vercorin and Zinal for unlimited winter fun. Some 46 facilities with 220 km of pistes await skiers and snowboarders. The Anniviers ski areas are varied and give everyone the possibility to evolve according to his level on well-prepared slopes. In addition, the instructors of the Swiss Ski School are at your disposal to provide all their knowledge during group or private lessons. Younger guests can indulge in sliding on the sledge pistes or inside the Swiss Snow Kids Village. There, three to five-year old budding champions can learn the joys of skiing in the company of instructors specially trained for this purpose. They can make their first moves and slides safely in this protected area equipped by all the appropriate educational materials and a shed to shelter them from the cold. Cross-country skiers can enjoy 19 km of tracks in Zinal.
Besides skiing and sledding, all the resorts offer a wide range of sporting activities for fans of snowshoeing, winter hiking, ice skating and paragliding. A two-seater paraglider or delta wing flight is an opportunity to discover the region from above. Paragliding schools can teach you the ropes! After an active day, relax yourself in a wellness center at Hotel Bella Tola in St-Luc or Grimentz, and then have dinner with delicious typical and traditional dishes.
